Nikal Steels machine shop is fully accredited and approved by TUV to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and can offer a wide range of special flanges to customer specific drawings, or their own individual specifications.

Our fully automated CNC and VMC machines are able to perform Threading, Tapping, Milling, Slotting and many more processes to offer our clients a complete diversified package from either Bar, Plate or Forged products.

We offer Flanges and special items not only in Stainless Steels but also Duplex, Nickel Alloys, Cu-Ni, Aluminium, Carbon Steel and many other grades of material.

Depending on the ratio between outside diameter and overall material thicknesses we can produce from 95mm O/D x 10mm up to and including 900mm O/D x 450mm thick.
